Old Station Country Music Festival are very pleased to announce that despite having had to cancel this years festival. In association with Carlton Towers we have teamed up to bring you an amazing one day open air event on Sunday 30th August. Tickets at £10.00 per person are on sale at www.carltontowers.co.uk so book now. Loads of space to social distance so pack up your chairs, picnic and your sun brollies for a day in the park. There will be a bar and other amenities available. The artists are so looking forward to getting out on that stage to entertain you once again. We look forward to seeing you all there.
The organisers of the Old Station Country Music Festival are very sad to announce that the August Bank Holiday event will not be able to go ahead due to the Covid-19 outbreak.
After consultation with all the relevant authorities it has become clear that permission to host the event in a suitable fashion will not be given. Above all else, your safety in attendance is paramount. All deposits and payments have been automatically transferred to next year’s event.
In order to meet demand, the event will move to a new bigger venue at Ackworth Water Tower near Pontefract, taking place August 26th -29th 2021, Bank Holiday weekend. This larger venue will mean we can accommodate everyone who wishes to attend and we hope this will become our permanent home for this and many other events. The 2021 line up is now in place and we look forward to seeing you then.
If you have booked for this year, you will receive an update regarding your pitch numbers and booking confirmation forms over the next couple of weeks.
Once again we and the artists are so sorry that this our first event cannot go ahead due to the Coronavirus outbreak but look forward to welcoming you next year.

You Can Now Book For 2021
Old Station Country Music Festival is a brand new venture now delayed until 2021 and is put together by a team of like minded individuals looking to fill a gap created by the closing of a long established country festival. With their experience in the industry we are sure they will make this a successful annual event.
We have a great field in an easy accessible location with a spacious layout and Marquee to accommodate all our guests. Pitches are numbered and individually marked out for your convenience.
The sound will be controlled by one of the best country music crews around, Teve Hanks Audio. A wide selection of artists will give you more than 30 hrs of music over the 4 days. Add in a nice sized dance floor for happy dancers. A Licensed bar is situated in the marquee but you are welcome to bring your own alcohol although we hope you will support the bar in the way they have supported us with the venue. Dogs are welcome on the field but we request that you please clean up after mans best friend. Sadly we can’t allow them into the marquee. As you'd expect First Aid and Security will operate 24 hrs a day for the duration of the event.
Traders stands with a food seller operating daily in market street at the end of our marquee. We hope you will enjoy this reschedualed first event and want to return next year and long into the future.
